Chimney for the gas fire wasn't working properly on a recent gas safety check. Contacted Ben for a sweep and he came to inspect. Unfortunately the reasons for the system not working are structural and not something sweeping can solve. However Ben was knowledgeable and able to explain the situation, and suggest alternatives. Also great communication and punctuality.

Great! Was happy to answer questions and provided a great overview on how to make an efficient fire (there was soo much I was not aware about!). Left the house very clean and was very polite. Would recommend!

Ben did a great job with our fireplace. Removing the old monstrosity to cleaning up the original brickwork and laying a nice neat hearth. Overall very happy.
