Ben was on time, very friendly and took care in doing a professional job. He closed up the wood stove opening before starting, to ensure no soot would mess. He also took the time to give some tips when lighting a fire and which firefighters to use that are very effective on damp days. He also left a brochure on care for the stove and other fire-making tips. On top of all this it was at a good price . I highly recommend Ben as a chimney sweep.

Mr Neale came and swept our chimney last Friday, he was excellent. Very fast to respond to our quote and all further questions etc. we had, happy to answer all questions and arrived when he said he would, friendly bloke. He did a great job with the chimney, left no mess and even informed us that we had the wrong cowl on the top! Would recommend him without a shadow of a doubt. Thanks!

He was very thorough, he left everything very clean, he was friendly and very very helpful with kind advice, and he went the extra mile with the application of a little fire cement where needed, and even replaced the decorative pine cones in an unused fireplace.
