  Excellent from A to Z

  Great experience with Ben. He’s reliable and, most importantly, has a skill that unfortunately, many tradespeople in the building industry seem to lack: clear communication. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, which made a big difference. I’m no chimney expert, but Ben arrived fully equipped and successfully removed mortar that four other chimney sweepers had previously refused to tackle. Excellent work all round.

  Don't waste your time

  A waste of time!. Came to visit for a quote. I had to chase 6 times before in the whole process and yet I am still to receive a response. I glad I have not used this company being so unreliable from the start!

  What a disappointment! After checking Checktrade and the good reviews I thought this company would deliver. However, after arranging two appointments for a quote on our block of flats this person cancelled in both instances at the last minute. Moreover, I had to take two days off work to accommodate him. Needless to say, he hasn't even apologized to my complain. This shows that no matter what you still need to obtain references and WoM is still the best solution when arranging for a contractor. Total time waste. On the other hand we are pleased of not appointing him for the job.
