Overall good for the price and bathroom looks good. The fitted a new toilet, sink and bath and relaid the flooring Emad and his team did an overall good job to complete my work. However, the finish is not the nearest (tiling and painting a bit wonky) and they sometimes felt rushed. Little things like the bathroom cabinet was only screwed in at the top not bottom but the bottom gaps were covered to try and disguise this. Communication with the head office a little challenging too and they had not properly reviewed the bathroom items that I sent them which led to some instillation issues.

I had the living room, kitchen, hallway and stairs painted. The price was the cheapest compared to other quote received. The quality quickly followed the price. The painters were punctual, communicated well and keen to rectify errors after completion. The price charged did not include skirting

About 20% of my 12 year old deck needed to be replaced. The rest was good. Other contractors only wanted to do a new one at £10k plus. Emed took on the job, replacing more joists than we expected and did a great job, also finding a close match to the existing boards. There is no direct access and he agreed to move materials and remove debris over a 1-storey annex rather than bring them through the house. Professional, courteous, tidy, highly recommended.

Ahmed and Imad from Blank Oval have been top notch from quotation to completion of the job. They priced us reasonably, they completed the works in 3 days as promised at the beginning of the project and to high standards. They were polite, friendly and professional. I would recommend this company.
