  Decking repair

  About 20% of my 12 year old deck needed to be replaced. The rest was good. Other contractors only wanted to do a new one at £10k plus. Emed took on the job, replacing more joists than we expected and did a great job, also finding a close match to the existing boards. There is no direct access and he agreed to move materials and remove debris over a 1-storey annex rather than bring them through the house. Professional, courteous, tidy, highly recommended.

  I could not overstate the diligence, workmanship, tidiness and courtesy that Emed and colleague displayed throughout this challenging job, a job most did not want to do. Others said I should replace the large deck, of which about 15% had rotted, at a cost of over £10k, but Emed happily took it on. He was diligent in replacing more joists than I expected and found boards that closely matched my deck, a big challenge. What you can't see (underneath) is as good as what you can. And, with no direct access, he took materials over the annex. A good guy, good work, good price, highly recommended.
