  Disappointing Service – Unresponsive and unprofessional throughout the Planning Process

  We hired this company to assist with planning permission for a garage conversion, but the experience was frustrating from start to finish. The plans provided were not accepted by the council and despite repeated attempts to communicate, they were consistently unresponsive. They were supposed to guide us through the planning process, yet they didn't follow up and we were left completely in the dark. We have tried numerous times to reach out for clarification, but they constantly ignore our messages or vaguely get back to us. Very disappointing service – I would not recommend.

  Ahmed and Imad from Blank Oval have been top notch from quotation to completion of the job. They priced us reasonably, they completed the works in 3 days as promised at the beginning of the project and to high standards. They were polite, friendly and professional. I would recommend this company.

  Avoid- fitted secondary glazy in such a bad way that the glass broke the day after

  We have been loyal customers to this company, replacing windows in our house and fitting secondary glazing in every single window we have in our house. The last fitting of a secondary glazing was done on 26/06 and the day after we woke up with a completely cracked from all parts window. Since then we have been calling them, emailing the sales, the fitters, the engagement team - no one called us back. They only sent us an email saying that someone will be in touch. No one has been in touch even though it is a case of emergency as the window has broken glass stuck to it and we have small kids.

  Fixed our mould problem in bathroom

  We had a leak in our bathroom and Pro plumbing came in very quickly and helped us sort the issue. The price was fair and it was good quality work. The problem is gone for now. Ideally should bring in his own towels for the job but in general very satisfied with the job

  Fixed our front door pathway

  Joseph has done an excellent job in our driveway and front door pathway where we needed to cut a part of it and re-tile it. The job was efficient (completed in 2 days) andto good standards. Joseph has been very polite and communicated very well with us on all aspects of the project before starting, during and after. We needed something to be rectified and he has been responsive and is coming today to rectify. He also provides warranty for his work which is great

  Planted bamboos, pruned flowers and cleaned and jet washed tiles

  Klev did an amazing job in our front and back garden. He planted 5 bamboos for privacy, came with the adequate knowledge about that and also pruned our lovely plants. He was on time, very polite and again knowledgeable about the different plants, flowers we have. Would really recommend him. We will be calling him back for maintenance for sure.

  Leak inspection and fix

  Mehdi came on time, was very professional and quickly inspected where the leak was coming from. He was able to determine the root cause and fixed it. He also assisted with another issue about hot water getting colder in another bathroom and fixed it for now. I would recommend his services as he is also fair in his prices.

  Fitted dash cam at the front and back of my car
