10 Bathroom door lock had failed

Our bathroom door lock had jammed with the door shut(luckily no one was inside). I searched online and tried Simon’s number. Our front door lock would not open around 10,00pm last Saturday when we returned home after dining out. We contacted Simon who arrived within 40 minutes and managed to gain access without setting off the alarm. He returned two days later to supply and fit a new lock. He was very friendly and helpful and the quality of work was excellent. His charges were very reasonable and, indeed, we voluntarily paid him more for the late night call-out as we thought, in the circumstances, he more than deserved in excess of the billed amount.
