Excellent service. Simon was incredibly responsive and although the issue with our door lock wasn’t an emergency - he offered to come round to look at the issue straight away (on the weekend). Simon arrived within 5 minutes and managed to release the door lock and serviced the doors locking mechanism to resolve the issue. He is polite and professional and we will definitely use Simon next time we need his expertise. We are so pleased to find a reliable and trusted tradesperson living locally.
