  Daniel arrived before the appointment time which I appreciated! On arrival Daniel introduced himself and communicated with me in a very pleasant manner which pleased me very much. Daniel was explaining the work carried out before each step which allowed me to understand easily what would happen throughout his stay. His consummate professionalism and dedication is very much appreciated by me. I've been using the smart lock since yesterday and have not experienced any hiccups.
