  5 new windows including 2 large bays

  Alaskan were great from start to finish! The quote process was easy and not pushy like some window salespeople can be, our installation date was arranged quickly (without a long lead time) and the price was competitive. A huge shout out to Chris our installer - he worked hard every day on a big job changing out 5 windows (including two large bays at the front of the house) and was polite, thorough and considerate throughout. We were looking after a dog on the final day he was working here and even the dog loved him! Highly recommend - great all round.

  Fix a broken tile on our dormer loft conversion

  Highly recommend. After speaking with Primeway and a few other roofing companies, the job turned out to be potentially more challenging/complicated than I’d anticipated, due to the placement of the broken tile (with a full replacement of the tile involving removing numerous other tiles and the Juliet balcony railing, and requiring scaffolding). However, Primeway came up with a simple and cost effective solution that got the job done without the need for complex works. They reached out to me within a hour of my request, and did the job the next day. Thanks so much!

  Replace backdoor handle and add bolt locks

  Highly recommend Barry for his great service! I needed an ancient back door handle replacing and bolt locks fitted to the back door. Barry was able to arrive the same day, collected the necessary parts (all reasonably priced) and diligently spent the time removing and replacing the old door handle and putting a new one on, along with fitting 4 bolt locks. He did a fantastic job, was polite and friendly throughout, and the work’s lasted well. Thanks Barry!
