  I have limited characters to explain. Ali and I agreed a price for the job and at the end of the job, he doubled the quote citing “materials” that he told me were included. I agreed to meet him halfway and he threatened to trans my house sending me threatening texts and videos and kept increasing the price. I had to call the police on him twice. The work has been so shoddy and awful resulting in 2 leaks. Do not use under any circumstances. My previous review was deleted and he keeps doing this. He is known to the police for doing this before they said. Do not risk it

  EV charger installation

  Rob and his team were super professional and efficient in installing my EV charger. Communication and quotes were clear, the team were professional throughout, arrived on time, and carried out the work to a very high standard. I’m really pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend them!

  Investigating and fixing a small leak

  I used LCA after I got a leak from another plumber who was totally unreliable and did a shoddy job. Naturally I was apprehensive having had bad work done already, but Sam from LCA was great! He was on time, communicated thoroughly with me throughout about the issues, causes and ways to fix it. He did a great job in sorting the issue and was very respectful tidying up after himself etc. I would 100% use these guys again - zero stress!!
