  He did diagnose the issue correctly, however he didn't offer to take his shoes off, didn't introduce the child, and was frequently complaining. Things I would have overlooked, if it wasnt then for the office failing to call back on multiple occasions. I had to chase them, they also went back on their words after saying they could squeeze me in, but as they took them so long to sort the parts out (which I sourced myself within the hour!) that they could no longer fit me in. Would not use again.

  Replacement of bath/shower tap

  Ethan replaced a bath/shower tap and a basin tap in my bathroom. The bath/shower tap was inaccessible from the front necessitating him to cut a hole into the adjacent wall for access. He replaced the taps and patched the hole extremely neatly and vacuumed the carpet leaving the room spotless. Ethan was extremely polite and professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
