  Ali contacted me promptly following the job being uploaded onto the checkatrade site. Ali's price was reasonable and he worked hard through a couple of unexpected issues encountered. I would recommend ensuring you get a detailed quote so that there is clarity around the pricing structure and products purchased. If things do not quite go as planned, he will work hard to fix it.

  I posted a request for help late evening. I had the same day visit to check what's wrong. I was was told when work will be carried out and for how much and that’s what's happened. Plumber was knowledgeable nice and friendly. I am overall very satisfied. Definitely recommend them for this kind of work.

  BTC builders done a full revamp of our on-suite bathroom, floor to ceiling. The work was completed to a very high standard, Ali is very friendly and him and his team made us feel comfortable within our home. When local shops didn’t have the items we requested he went out of his way to drive to Coventry to collect them. They also came back at our convenience to complete small teething problems and also repair damage to the grout that we had done, great service. We have requested Ali to come back and perform additional work for us.
