  Replacement of all the windows and back door

  Jonathan and his team were amazing during the whole process, from quote to installation. Jonathan carefully explained my options, listening what I wanted, kept me in the loop during the whole process. In the end, new fabulous windows and a new backdoor with a cat flap. I’m very pleased with the way my windows turned out and even more pleased for having chosen Modern Glaze to carry out the job! 5 stars in all fronts

  Had the loft floor insulated and an area of 11m2 boards installed

  Neil kept me informed of every step from his ETA to the next steps after installation. Neil worked autonomously and swiftly. When he was done he patiently answered all my queries and offered extra advice . Overall a great experience, I will definitely be contacting them again if I decide to board the rest of the loft, highly recommend ProjectSmart.

  Fix front door lock

  Abdu was amazing, kind and kept me informed every single step of the way. He arrived on time and he bought everything he needed to fix, the whole process was easy and efficient. Abdu was very considerate I was working and he carried on with the job without me being present.
