  Really great experience with Project Smart from start to finish. Communication was spot on from the first message, and they came out super quickly to give me a quote. They talked me through all the different options for the loft, loft hatch and loft ladder, which made it really easy to choose what I wanted. Once I’d decided, they booked me in really quickly. On the day, they were friendly, professional, and took the time to protect my carpets and keep everything clean. They worked quietly, efficiently, and were done much quicker than I expected. The loft ladder itself is really good quality,

  Huge thanks to Matt and Neal from Project Smart for an amazing loft transformation! Boarding, insulation and a brand-new loft ladder all completed in one day, with top-quality workmanship throughout. Professional, friendly and incredibly tidy — the result exceeded our expectations.   Had the loft floor insulated and an area of 11m2 boards installed

  Neil kept me informed of every step from his ETA to the next steps after installation. Neil worked autonomously and swiftly. When he was done he patiently answered all my queries and offered extra advice . Overall a great experience, I will definitely be contacting them again if I decide to board the rest of the loft, highly recommend ProjectSmart.

  Great team, great work

  Truly amazing team. Neal and Matt were so friendly, yet professional and got the work done quickly and efficiently. They were so accommodating, working around our schedules but also booked us in last minute. They were also the cheapest quote we received. So easy to get in and out of our loft now and has provided tonnes of storage + kept our house warm.
