  I had a Dil look at my keysafe and fit a new one with minimal noise and within 20 minutes. Quick and efficient. I would recommend. Really pleased with the service.

  Requested to check whether our front door needed new handle or new spring

  Man came round, decided a new handle was needed, presented us with a bill for over £200 and then left to go to car. I looked at the handle and it was worn. Called man back from his car and he did not seem surprised about this and said he would fit a new one the following week. He did so and the job was completed- however why did fit one which was substandard and why didn’t he clean up around the area he had worked on? I felt he overcharged for the job - the door handle seemed expensive. I felt I couldn’t complain because his attitude was quite dismissive and unfriendly.
