  Bathroom window handle locked in position.

  I had an issue with a locked door handle and originally thought the whole mechanism would need replacing, as first quoted. However, after taking a proper look, he realised it only needed lubricating — no unnecessary parts, no upselling. His honesty and professionalism were genuinely refreshing. He’s extremely trustworthy, efficient, and clearly knows his craft. I’ll definitely be calling him first if I ever need something like this done again. Highly recommended!

  Extractor Fan - Bathroom

  Jack was great. Arrived when he said he would, completed the job promptly and for a very reasonable price. Will definitely use Jack again if we ever require electrical work. 100% recommend.
