  Excellent service from the first contact to the end of the job. Basically my en-suite shower 'went pop' on Monday morning After trying to ring about about 4 plumbers, SimPlumb (Richard) can to my aid Had the simple process of have me whatsapp of picture of my old shower to him, so he could order the new unit, to bring on the first visit, hencing reducing down time This was greatly appreciated, I have to autistic and a wife that melts incthe current 35 degree heat wave Overall - clear communication, quck, profession job Would highly recomend
