  Resolving an urgent boiler repair (no hot water)

  Marcus was brilliant from start to finish - fast to contact and communicate with, through to great attention to detail with the job at hand, quick resolution on the day - we had our hot water back up and running swiftly even though the boiler required new parts - and he was easy and polite to have in the house throughout. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of a professional job.

  Broken boiler - no hot water or heating

  Derwal responded quickly and communicated well with us when we called for an urgent job. In addition, he did a great job of updating our boiler pressure system so it can be topped up quickly and reliably in the future (note: our boiler is in the attic as with many UK terrace houses) - the quality of work was solid. The great news is the pressure is now stable and our central heating is working again, however, we are still without hot water and have had to file for another tradesperson to come out urgently and resolve.
