  Good honest boiler installer and repair person

  We used Elite Heating & Plumbing to first switch off a boiler with a water leak as we were about to go on Holiday. After we got back he removed the old boiler and fitted a new one. The quality of workmanship is excellent. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and why. It's already in my calendar to get him back for the annual boiler service next year. I would recommend this company.

  Replacement hot water cylinder

  Thank you very much to Marcus at Elite Heating & Plumbing. He did an excellent job replacing my hot water system. I highly recommend him. He was quick to attend, answered all my questions about the new system, gave me a clear quote, updated me with an ETA before arrival, made sure the old system was disposed off from a second floor flat without damage to the walls etcs, made sure the new system was fitted and working correctly and made sure the area was clean/tidy before he left.

  I reached out to Marcus for a quote regarding my broken boiler and explained the situation. He responded promptly with a clear quote and followed up quickly to arrange an urgent appointment. On the day of the appointment, Marcus arrived on time, explained the process in detail, and got straight to work. Before leaving, he walked me through the controls, outlined the next steps to obtain the guarantee certificate, and explained what he would send over. He also ensured the area was left clean and tidy. Overall, Marcus was highly professional, efficient, and easy to communicate with.
