On Boxing Day our boiler lost all power, called loads of plumbers who didn’t reply. Derval replied and said he’d be round soon! Couldn’t fix it as all suppliers shut, but he came back the next day and fixed the boiler. He was brilliant, and incredibly courteous. Within half an hour of posting our job Derval called and made arrangements to come round the following morning. - even though it was two days before Christmas! Despite problems with the central heating pump - and subsequently the new one Derval had straight out of the box - he persevered and sorted the problem out. We have used Derval a number of times over the last few years and has always done am excellent job for us - He is very good in an emergency and always finds time to come out the same day when we've had no heating in the house . He is very efficient , polite & trustworthy , in fact he came to us to us 2 days ago to fix an issue - when He arrived and realised the issue was not an complicated and timely as expected He refunded 50% of the payment I made .
