  Cam respk ded quickly and professionally to communications, paid close attention to detail and did excellent work.   Malc was fantastic from start to finish. Great communication from the start with a clear quote. He arrived right on time, when he said he would and was so sensitive to my situation, having the work done in my late sister's property after her recent death. He really went over and above to make sure I was OK and got the work done really quickly. We will DEFINITELY be calling MJM for all our future plumbing jobs! thanks again Malc.   Items left behind and others now missing

  having been initially pleased with the services offered and promised by this company I am now wholly disappointed and left with further bills. they did not take all the items discussed and initially left a fridge freezer, a dressing table mirror, and a large wardrobe which were meant to be removed. They did return once to take the mirror and fridge freezer but still left the wardrobe behind. 2 mirror and a large television, which were discussed as needing to be left in the property were then taken without permission. the driveway was left in a very messy state .

  Angela was sensitive to our needs and was brilliant at communicating before, during and after the job was completed. the team arrived on time and got the job done brilliantly. would definitely recommend them! they even helped me find an end of tenancy cleaner for afterwards.
