  Malc was very communicative from the start, slotted us in quickly but at a time that was convenient for us and worked cleanly and efficiently, delivering an excellent quality of work. Will definitely be using his services again!

  Malcom was very prompt to respond and, after sending a couple of photos, was confident that he could fix the issue. He arrived the same day, when he said he would, and resolved it in a few minutes. Peace of mind was priceless but also the advice on what to do if the problem reoccurs was extremely helpful.

  Extremely swift reply, great communication. Good flexibility with the call-out time and also minimal time for carrying out the work required. Malcolm turned up just before the arranged time and was very pleasant and thorough, the work was carried in a good time and everything was checked and left clean and tidy. Would highly recommend Malcolm and will be my first call if ever I have a problem in the future.
