10 Bathroom sink plug

Malcolm came within 24 hours of my contact. My bathroom sink plug broke and the plug was stuck inside so couldn't use. He was fantastic as has been before and supplied and fixed it. The drain pipe under the bathroom basin was leaky and clogged and needed replacing. Malcom answered my call straight away and booked me in the following week. He arrived slightly earlier than agreed, did a stellar job at stripping away the tape and gypsum the previous owners had haphazardly used to (unsuccessfully) fix the leak and replaced the trap in no time at all. He went above and beyond and also applied sealant to secure the basin to the wall. And still charged me less than the original quote. Malcolm recently fixed a number of issues with toilet leaks, pipe replacement and shower re-seals. He was positive, friendly and extremely professional. Always arrived early and gave a courtesy call prior to arriving. Work was carried out to an excellent standard and he explained very clearly what needed to be done. Malcolm was dedicated to helping solve the numerous problems in a timely manner, which I am very grateful for.
