They were impressed by how polite, respectful, and professional everyone was throughout the visit. It is very reassuring to know that the team worked carefully and treated the home with such courtesy.   From start to finish, Solihull Windows exceeded our expectations. The sales team were incredibly warm and welcoming, taking the time to understand our needs and using their knowledge to guide us toward the perfect windows for our property. Installation day was a breeze, the fitters arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and were unfailingly friendly throughout. They took great care in cleaning up afterwards, leaving our home spotless. What really stood out was their aftercare. A small adjustment was needed after installation, and they handled it promptly and without issue.
