  paving and interior clean

  house had been sitting vacant for a year. needed a tidy up before moving in. Contacted Richard at solent pressure washing regarding cleaning front garden paving and back garden concrete. Came up lovely. Neighbour even came around and asked for contact details to arrange a clean of their own. Richard put me touch with sister company for an interior deep clean. Including full kitchen and bathroom clean. Very happy with service and have even booked them in for another job at a different property. would recommend both house cleaning and pressure washing.

  replace electric shower

  Came in day1 to troubleshoot electric shower (and provide a plug for an hnused washkng machine pipe outlet hnder sjnk).As expected, needed a new shower. They were able to fit me in the next day for a replacement (and provide the unit). Unexpected delay on day2 was communicated promptly (I had no issues with it) and was rescheduled for first thing day3. Work completed neatly and everything tidied up after. Both plumbers I dealt with in person were friendly, polite and extremely helpful. With experience so far, I would recommend.

  EIRC and light fitting

  Needed an EIRC on a new property and installation of light fitting in bathroom. Communicated well, both prior to appointment and after. Willing to answer all my many questions (even those not related to the task at hand), and explain the current setup. Talked through the reasons for and options of new fuseboard and rewire. Provided and installed a simple new light fitting in bathroom that was previously just a live wire hanging out the wall. No complaints. Would use again.
