  Smoke and heat alarms fitted

  Dan replaced 3 mains connected smoke and heat alarms. He explained things well and issued invoice and certificate a couple of hours later. I would have no hesitation contacting him again for further work.

  EIRC and light fitting

  Needed an EIRC on a new property and installation of light fitting in bathroom. Communicated well, both prior to appointment and after. Willing to answer all my many questions (even those not related to the task at hand), and explain the current setup. Talked through the reasons for and options of new fuseboard and rewire. Provided and installed a simple new light fitting in bathroom that was previously just a live wire hanging out the wall. No complaints. Would use again.

  Quick, capable, and clear

  We have used Dan twice now and on both occasions he has been superb. He works quickly, is very polite, and the work is always undertaken to a good standard. He's done a number of smaller tasks (replacing fixture, fittings, etc.) but he's also done thorough test and checks to bring our general systems up to a good standard and has cut new sockets for us. His communication pre-job is always great and he is clear and across the details. His invoicing is also very thorough and the cost breakdwon is always clear and reasonable. A pleasure to work with, we would happily have Dan back again.
