    A plumber came the same day to disconnect our washing machine and dishwasher so we could move house the next day. He was considerate, cheerful, and had added us to a long day, so we are really grateful!

    Excellent repair

    Repair was done same day to a very high standard. A bit more communication would have been helpful, I had to call several times for an update. Was a bit pricey but I forgot to ask ahead of time for the cost so I didn't know what to expect.

    Electric Shower Replacement

    Initial communication good Booking confirmation not received until day of the job Plumber did not arrive at the expected slot. Delay was communicated but not with new arrival time. Called to confirm new time which was then confirmed only for that time to be missed too. Called again multiple times but couldn’t get through until received a call back. Plumber did eventually arrive and finished the work in an hour. Overall - communication could be a lot better but work was completed without fuss and charge was lower than expected. Will avail of service again.

    Stopcock replacement

    Our stopcock handle sheared off after repairing a leak, and Impeccable were in touch within moments of posting the job. They provided an estimated quote straight away and advised us they'd be with us as soon as they could (it wasn't an emergency). SMS updates were really helpful, letting us know when the plumber was en route and their ETA. Jono arrived on time and was really friendly and informative, letting us know what he was planning on doing. After he finished he tidied up after himself and was done super quickly!
