  Boiler service

  Booked a boiler service, it got pushed back a couple of weeks due to emergencies which is fine, was told it would take place between 3 and 5 on the day. I got a call at 8:30 from the plumbers to say they were at my property, so clearly a mix up happened there. Luckily I work a short walk from my property so no issue. Boiler service was quick and easy, both plumbers nice and helpful. Thank you

  Needed taps replacing on basin

  Great experience, the taps I bought didn’t fit so the plumber went to Screwfix to get the correct ones and fitted all within an hour. Thank you!
