Came at the time agreed. Did the 2 requested plumbing jobs promptly with no fuss, at the rate agreed, in the time suggested. Nice! Will definitely use them again. Pleased to note that they do other things as well as plumbing.

Great experience, the taps I bought didn’t fit so the plumber went to Screwfix to get the correct ones and fitted all within an hour. Thank you!

Disappointed.

Did not arrive on time and we were not notified of the delay. Diagnosed the problem and went out to buy a new tap for the wash basin for ‘10 to 15 minutes’. He was gone for more than an hour and we had no water hot or cold during that time. The following day our shower did not work and we needed to call a different plumber to rectify this.

Time slots are 8-4pm we provided updates during the day. The engineer had to collect a special-order basin tap — no charge was made for travel time. The water had to be left off; you did not report the shower issue, we warranty all work for 12 months.
