Kitchen taps replaced

Called for a plumber to replace kitchen taps as they were dripping. Tom was very good in explaining what was required and that new taps would be £80,and £114 call-out including vat. It was only once he'd gone i found out the taps were £34.99 from screwfix. After many phone calls to customer service i got nowhere. Called again yesterday and was told they would refund me the difference _ 20%. Was told it would be in my bank today, still waiting. If you require parts please ask for proof of purchase as this is not acceptable.
