  True professionals that will not let you down

  I had concerns about damp at my loft & contacted Martin. He came promptly and performed a thorough survey not limited to the local problem but holistically at all possible areas of concern (late 1800s property). He was clear with his communication & transparent with his recommendations & estimations. He did not suggest any work that was not needed even if i would ask about it! The crew works efficiently, goes the extra mile & Martin did not sign off the remedial work and the guarantee until he inspected it and was happy about it. Such a pleasant experience with a true professional! Thank you!

  A true craftsman with great sense of aesthetics

  We found Rhafael's profile & looked some examples of his work. It did not take long to decide that we wanted him to install the floors & stairs in our new home & booked a survey. His knowledge, advice and aesthetics were spot on, he did not push for any decisions, explained the process step by step & shortly after gave us a clear quote analysing where the budget would be spent. He works efficiently with precision, with frequent updates, a true craftsman & everything looks amazing. We highly recommend him! (we have received a lot of compliments from contractors visiting for other works!)

  Attention to detail and perseverance for challenging jobs

  Install of victorian tiles at the entrance corridor. He was open with his feedback and suggestions and did not shy away explaining the challenges we would face, as his experienced eye was quick to identify some difficult spots & prepared me that it would take careful planning to get the result I wanted. He had the patience to listen to my untrained opinions and respectfully explain what can work from those and what would not look good. His attention to detail and perseverance to get the best result, gave us what we were hoping for! Also expanded scope to install cloakroom WC, tricky space too!
