  Martin and his team did a fantastic job updating our roof as well as fixing some serious damp/leak issues in our laundry room/bathroom and made beautiful improvements to the front perimeter/border wall of our property (incl. a Victorian tile walkway and new slab tiles). We can’t thank them enough for their hard work and dedication to making sure we were well taken care of. The team truly went above and beyond and we were pleased to have Martin come by regularly to oversee and update us on progress.   Survey and damp proofing

  Very impressed! From start to finish I received Good service - The men doing the work were Great punctual, polite and kept me informed throughout the Process on what they were doing. The team cleared up every day and the work was completed to a professional standard. I also received a Text from Vintage the next day to check that I was happy with the work and to ask if I had any questions. I would highly recommend Martin and vintage to anyone.

  Damp proof survey

  I recently Engaged Vintage Property Solutions for a damp Problem in my house in Hammersmith the experience was highly satisfactory. We had dampness that we couldn't quite Cure. After contacting Vintage , Martin a damp surveyor, assessed the situation. Martin was not only Professional but also knowledgeable. He quickly identified our damp issue was. It was a revelation to learn that the non-breathable paint applied was trapping moisture, as it prevented the bricks from breathing. The report was clear and concise, making it easy for us to decide on the next steps.

  Great work

  Overall Martin and his team did a great job. They worked hard, and the quality of the work was very good. It was a complex job, which meant there was quite a bit of changes to the house, but when martin was on site he was very clear as to what was being done and why. I would just recommend that you ensure you explain if you have any needs while work is ongoing (e.g. hard deadlines / certain rooms staying clear) so that Martin can factor that in, and to avoid any issues.
