  I found Martin very helpful. His explanations and outline of the work entailed helped me understand what was going to happen. He coordinated the work with my schedule.   Pre-purchase damp survey followed by all related remedial works

  I cannot recommend nor thank Vintage enough. Needed a specialist damp survey done following RICS level 3 survey report. A first time buyer so against the SDLT clock. Picked Vintage because of excellent reviews. Best decision ever. They managed to carry out survey straightaway, report and estimate by the end of the day, and based on that managed to get the seller to knock almost £10k from the offer price! After taking possession of the flat, Vintage managed to work on it immediately, Martin (huge shout out to him) was so pleasant to work with - calm and courteous. Daily updates. Sound advice.

  Vintage did a Great job. The communication with Martin his explaining and knowledge was so reassuring . He came around and advised on the best solution moisture readings were taken, vintage provided me with dates they could start which meant I could get the works done within my preferred timelines. The team did an amazing job They turned up on time, completed the works to a high standard and cleared up after. Vintage will be my future to-go-to company for any damp issues.
