  True professionals that will not let you down

  I had concerns about damp at my loft & contacted Martin. He came promptly and performed a thorough survey not limited to the local problem but holistically at all possible areas of concern (late 1800s property). He was clear with his communication & transparent with his recommendations & estimations. He did not suggest any work that was not needed even if i would ask about it! The crew works efficiently, goes the extra mile & Martin did not sign off the remedial work and the guarantee until he inspected it and was happy about it. Such a pleasant experience with a true professional! Thank you!

  Emergency waterproofing work

  Martin & his team have been absolutely impeccable! They have been excellent supporting me through a tough project delivering excellent work on time, to budget and with the utmost courtesy. Martin is a values based, honest man who keeps his word and delivers - a rare find these days, especially amongst builders. Based on the project he delivered for me (completely waterproofing a kitchen & shower) I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him. He helped ease the worry.

  Vintage Property Solutions has done a brilliant and thorough job to solve our infiltration issue. We had tried several other companies before, which all did small ineffective patch up work. The kitchen now looks dry and properly cared for. Martin was really responsive and easy to communicate with. The team was polite, on time and reliable. They also left the house really clean & tidy - impressive considering the dust emmitted by the work. I now have to check my wall/roof on the long term, but I no doubt, and the company offers warrantee.
