  Excellent experience, Jack rang almost immediately after I requested the job and came almost straight away. Needed a new lock on old patio doors. Great work, very good price IMHO and very friendly and knowledgeable service.

  What a legend this person was! They knew just by asking a couple of questions what the issue was - solved it immediately BY TEXT! Didn't even need to visit - and no charge either. Thank you so much for your time.
