    Amazing Honest and professional oven engineer

    Steve is amazing. He responded to my enquiry almost immediately sending me a text message asking the relevant questions in order to diagnose the issue related to the oven . After I sent over a photo, he came back saying the oven clock needs to adjust from zero. Obviously. when my old tenants moved out, they had switched the power off. And for this particular brand and model, one has to adjust the time from the default setting of zero. I asked the new tenants to try adjust the time and it worked! Steve is very professional, knowledgeable and honest.

    Thought my oven was not heating properly. But after a phone call it turned out it was all in working order. Problem was solved over the phone and saved me a big-call out fee. Very grateful.

    Steve came to see my oven which isn’t working. Prior to his visit he advised (from the information I gave him) that it was most likely the element which needed replacing, he gave me the cost to repair which seemed reasonable. He arrived within the time frame agreed. He was friendly and very helpful. When he inspected I mentioned that the grill is also not working, I didn’t mention this before and given both had stopped working at the same time he advised that it isn’t the element but an electrical issue with the switch. He wasn’t able to repair and didn’t charge me anything for the call out

    Electric oven clock reset

    I couldn’t get our smeg electric oven to turn on, phoned this company and a friendly and helpful engineer talked me through a clock reset problem which was preventing it working. I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring help.
