We had an issue with our electric oven, the engineer messaged straight away asked us to send pictures of the oven and saw the problem and worked us through how to fix it ourselves. Moved into our new home a few months ago and realised that the oven (lower) would never switch on but the upper was fine. Now approaching Christmas I was becoming worried about how difficult it was going to be to prepare everything and no one wants to buy a whole new oven at this time! So I decided to have a look on Check A Trade to see if anyone could fix it and the wonderful Steve from Cooker Care was able to guide me on WhatsApp with a few simple instructions within 10 min. - I can usually diagnose the fault with your oven over the phone and quote you a fully inclusive price in minutes.
- Landlords - I can repair your tenant's oven and take payment over the phone.
- I provide a full 12 months guarantee, and I accept cash, cheque or card payments.
- My phone line is open from 8am - 8pm, 7 days a week
- If we ask you to send us a picture of your oven. We will give you a different mobile number to what you see in the advert.
