  lighting in attic room

  My experience with this company was mixed. The work was done to a good standard. General advice and professionalism of the electrician was good, empathetic and friendly. However, punctuality was an issue and the follow up was disappointing. Specifically, the wrong dimmer switch was installed. This was accepted but communications stopped when requested to change the switch. Will now need to pay again to install correct switch. Overall, I would say this is a competent company, but be aware of punctuality and follow up issues.

  Very positive. Would happily work with LDS again. Work was done very quickly and neatly. Also I needed work done on an emergency and the timeliness was very much appreciated.

  Lights and Switches Fixed

  Louis quoted for the work and got to work quickly and efficiently. He got to the bottom of why various lights and their switches in the flat were not working and fixed them. He is friendly and helpful and if we have electrical issue in the future he will be the first person we call. Well done Louis and thank you!

  Taking out old electrical connection with garage

  Louis came just when I needed to get the work sorted, did what was needed and advised me on the state of my electrics (which was not a great surprise, but useful wake up call). He was courteous, clear and helpful. Would use him again no problem!
