Following an issue with a Salamander shower pump, Charlie came and installed an S flange on the top of the hot water cylinder and replaced the failed pump. Charlie was quick to respond to my initial query of two broken toilets and instantly knew what the fault was and how to fix them, just from the images sent. Charlie explained in detail how he would carry out the work, in a professional and friendly manner. He also gave a cost which didn’t alter on the day.
