  Reliable, cost effective, good communication

  Charlie is fantastic. Communicates very clearly and shows up on time. He fixed two of my shower valves, the drain on my sink and sorted the temp issue I was having with my boiler. He's fast, efficient and delivers a quality service. Thank you Charlie. Would definitely recommend and use you for future issues.

  Charlie of Staleys was first class from quote to completion, was great with comminication, explained what would be needed, the competitive quote was sent through quickly and then arranged or quick time frame to do work for me. Turned up when arranged and was quick at doing work, tested everything, cleaned up and checked I was satisfied before he left. Won't hesitate to use again, job well done, very happy.
