  Incredibly happy with Mojtaba's work

  I needed to have two jobs done: - supply and install of an engineered wood flooring in an upstairs bedroom and the landing - replacing several floorboards and joist ends in a downstairs room From the very first interaction, I was very pleased with Mojtaba's transparency and communication when I was trying to find a person to do this job. This level of communication carried well into the job and I was provided with daily updates. The end result was nothing short of professional workmanship and a very happy customer. I know exactly where to go whenever I need a similar job done in the future.

  Full property rewired - couldn't be happier

  I had initially contacted Chunu prior to my house purchase to carry out an EICR. Chunu was very professional and carried out a thorough EICR, and we both agreed that a full rewire would be necessary. Fast forward to January 2026, Chunu and his team carried out the work professionally, transparently and he put up with my many strange requests throughout the process! I couldn't be happier with the end result, and I will now be able to move into the property knowing that the electrics are in the best state possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Chunu and his team, absolute top job.

  Amazing work from start to finish

  I needed the fascias and guttering replaced on my new house and Pennington & Kay got in touch with me. I was immediately impressed with the sheer level of professionalism from Gemma, and then Gary went to the property so that they could quote for the work. The quote given was very fair and reasonable. Whilst weather did hold some things up (not the team's fault at all!), they communicated this and were very transparent throughout. The end result was absolutely fantastic, and was carried out by Craig and team. I will be recommending Pennington & Kay to friends and family, top job!
