    Brilliant Company

    Absolutely delighted with the work. Communication was brilliant. Everyone involved was polite, friendly and professional. The work was started as arranged and completed promptly. The company doesn't take any payment until the customer is fully satisfied which shows how confident they are in their work and their confidence is justified. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and when I need more work done I will be contacting them to do it.

    Amazing work from start to finish

    I needed the fascias and guttering replaced on my new house and Pennington & Kay got in touch with me. I was immediately impressed with the sheer level of professionalism from Gemma, and then Gary went to the property so that they could quote for the work. The quote given was very fair and reasonable. Whilst weather did hold some things up (not the team's fault at all!), they communicated this and were very transparent throughout. The end result was absolutely fantastic, and was carried out by Craig and team. I will be recommending Pennington & Kay to friends and family, top job!

Pennington and Kay Fascia's are a new business, but with a mountain of experience and knowledge, taken from 20 years of service in the external home improvements industry.

We are a local family run company based in Bolton, who want to live by our statement, which is to provide you with the best service around. We will do this by being thorough in our job, answering all questions in full while also giving you a full description of what you need, and leaving you feeling confident that you can put your trust in us

There is a definite need for a service like ours.

We have seen a significant rise in 'capped over' fascias, which is NOT good for your roof and will not last. It masks an existing problem and could eventually make the problem worse!! For this reason we do not offer this service and only offer full replacement, safe in the knowledge that we are doing a thorough job.

We have a very dedicated fitting team who EXCLUSIVELY fit fascias, soffits and guttering and have done so for 13 years, so to say they are experienced is an understatement. It is unlikely you will find another company who can emulate our expertise.

We believe we have the most extensive knowledge on Fascia's, Soffits and Guttering in the industry and it's is our job to ensure that you will be left feeling like you are in very capable hands.
