  Unprofessional Conduct

  I asked for a quote for the work to be done. Rather than behaving in a professional manner, demanded payment before work was to be completed. And then sent offensive message. Unreliable and unprofessional conduct.

  Great Work

  They could not make it on the first booked date/time, so works were reschedule for the day after. Chunu arrived in a timely manner and was very friendly and helpful. After inspecting the kitchen spot light he realized that he would only need to replace the bulb and not the entire light fixture. It took him only 5 minutes to do so and he did not charge me the full price quote as it was less work that initially thought. He even showed me how to change the light myself Would definitely book this company again if I need any further help.

  fix new fuseboard

  impressed with professional commitment to reparing unsafe electrical fusebox. Real concern to get the job sorted. Punctual, efficient and happy to explain what they were doing. Nice, friendly people who we would recommend to our friends.

  Spotlight fitting and RCD addition to consumer unit

  I contacted Fusefixx shortly after moving into a new house. A lot of the spotlight fittings were dangling from the ceiling and I wasn't sure about the safety of the consumer unit. Chunu came round very soon to check the consumer unit and quickly made it safe. The following week he and a colleague spent a full day replacing all the spotlight fittings (32 in total!) and updated the consumer unit with RCD circuits to make it safer. They went above and beyond my expectations and I would always return to them in future.

  Quality workmanship and excellent price - thank you!

  Excellent work carried out by Fusefixx - an external waterproof plug socket. Arrived bang on time and discussed the job in a way which showed experience and quality of work. The price of the job was the most competitive and we're very happy with the results. For any other electrical work I will be coming back to Fusefixx.
