  Lighting rewire & new fuse box

  They contacted me quickly and booked to come over. Polite, friendly and honest. They fitted me in to their busy schedule ro ensure I had lighting again, and went through everything. They arrived on the day promptly, were respectful and ensured my home and I were safe. So very happy and would definitely use again. Thank you :D

  Chunu and the team were great! They were very keen to get the job done and did so at short notice. They were punctual and their communication was excellent, I would highly recommend.

  Unprofessional Conduct

  I asked for a quote for the work to be done. Rather than behaving in a professional manner, demanded payment before work was to be completed. And then sent offensive message. Unreliable and unprofessional conduct.

  I'm sorry to see this review, though I must respectfully correct some of the claims made. At no point was I abusive or unprofessional. I take pride in how I conduct myself and always aim to treat every customer with respect. Regarding payment, I did not ask for full payment upfront. I requested a standard deposit, which is common practice, especially given the history of the job—three other electricians had previously walked away due to non-payment issues. This understandably raised concerns, and I acted accordingly to protect both parties. You also asked me to carry out work that would have been against current electrical regulations. As a qualified professional, I cannot and will not compromise on safety or legal compliance. My refusal to carry out unsafe work appears to be the root of your dissatisfaction. While I regret that things did not work out, I stand by the decisions I made. I’ve built my business on trust, honesty, and professionalism, and I’m proud to have many happy customers who appreciate the quality and integrity of my work. I wish you all the best with completing your project moving forward.
