  overall prompt and good communications. got the job done! It was definitely pricey for an hour long job. there's was a leaked after the job and they came back a couple days to correct. the £80 assessment fee was supposed to be subtracted from the job cost - it was not. The customer service team said it was already subtracted after I had already paid both fees and it was nowhere on the quote mentioned it was already taken out - feedback was the trade person was new and forgot to note it in the quote. Frustrating but the job is done well and quickly so I just need to write it off I guess.
