  Positive experience getting my integrated washing machine replaced. Darren, the engineer, was professional, efficient, and did a great job with the complex installation. Jordan, my bookings coordinator was clear in communication and I always knew what to expect. Thanks to both of them for making the whole process so easy. Highly recommend!

  I asked for someone to come and fix our leaking shower. It wasn't an emergency but they offered the same-day appointment. The engineer came and showed us that the shower tray had gaps and needed resealing. He didn't have the seal material with him so said he'd come back and do it another day. We were charged £140 for what was essentially just a quote! The quote they provided was eye-watering. They charge over £200 per hour for labour. So a simple job like resealing our shower tray was quoted as £538.
