  Michael and Dean were excellent. They came at short notice, were punctual, professional and very helpful. They quickly diagnosed an external foul waste leak, explained the priorities clearly, and carried out a neat temporary make-safe repair. They provided photos and a clear report, were transparent about what’s needed for a permanent fix, and communication was responsive throughout. Highly recommend.

  Fantastic job on underfloor heating

  Absolutely fantastic service from 0800 Homefix today. From start to finish the experience was excellent. Holly, the booking coordinator, was efficient, friendly and helpful in getting everything arranged quickly, especially at such a busy time just before the Christmas holidays. Ross the plumber was outstanding. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our underfloor heating, clearly explained what the problem was and the steps needed to fix it, and then got on with the job straight away. The issue was reported, resolved and fully fixed on the same day.

  Superb - Repair of water pressure valve and boiler gauge

  Lee did an amazing job of replacing my mains water pressure reduction valve and gauge as well as the boiler pressure gauge the next day which was also faulty. Lee was hugely knowledgeable professional and great chat! many thanks Lee and also to James for the initial visit

  Heating job done well

  Terry came round to fix a leaking radiator, drain and flush my heating system. There were some tricky parts to the job but Terry got it done well and I am happy with the results.
