  To fix a leaking flush and replace a fush button

  AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!!!! They initially quoted £100 (then mentioned VAT) so was £120. This was just for the leaking flush. Plumber arrived then said would cost around, £600, then went upto £850+VAT. They put you on the spot so don't really have much time to think. You have to pay upfront which is done by phone call via credit card to their office. Paid total of £970 for a less than 3hr job (40mins spent visiting shops to get parts) MAX £150 on parts and that's being generous. £400 an hour for labour - really???!! not even to a good spec. Flush still not replaced.

  Within a few hours of booking the job, the engineer had completed my job. Very happy with the job they did, it took him no time at all. Would now only use this company.

  boiler service

  very polite and friendly service engineer Ross, I was texted about 20 mins before arrival so was expecting him. Only suggestion for improvement is to try narrow down the time estimation into morning and afternoon blocks. Current option of 10am to 5pm is too long.

  Bathroom Plumbing valve problem

  They were professional and courteous, would recommend. Once I was happy with the price proposed and the terms of the job, I paid the invoice. I was given a time window for a few days later (cheaper than a "call out") and the communication was great from the office and the Engineer. On arrival he put on overshoes so's not to dirty the carpet and set about fixing the problem. Within the hour I told what the problem was and a ball park figure and timings for sorting it out. The office followed up to see I was happy with the service and sent an email to provide a quote for the remedial works.
