Job location: TW8Plumber arrived on time and was very professional and polite. Identified issues rapidly, fixed those described in job and offered effective advice on further work that could be carried out. Very happy with service, would definitely use again!- SSowban C

The engineer attended promptly and the blockage was cleared during the visit. However, I was disappointed with the lack of pricing transparency. I was initially quoted £120 + VAT and advised this was not inspection-only. After attendance, I was asked to approve a much higher charge, despite the work being completed within the same visit. The final invoice states the initial fee was deducted, but no deduction is shown. I raised this formally by email but have not yet received a substantive response. Communication with the company was quick and straightforward, and I was able to book a visit very soon after contacting. Same day availability was also offered. Harry was communicative when he was on the way and nearby, was quick to diagnosis and complete work. He was very friendly and offered further thoughts on another issue. Euan was very pleasant and respectful when entering my home and even wore plastic shoe covers on a wet day, which I really appreciated. He quickly identified the issue in my kitchen, knew exactly how to fix it, and had the job done in about 20 minutes. He explained what he’d done clearly and left everything clean and tidy.
