  Bank Holiday Emergency Call out

  0800 Homefix attended on a Bank holiday for an emergency call out to our shower which had a serious leak. They were very professional, courteous and kept us fully informed regards arrival time of plumber etc. I would recommend them completely for their efficiency and reliability. The charge for a Bank Holiday emergency attendance was very reasonable as well.

  Shower fitting

  Jordan arranged promptly a visit from the engineer Lee, and Lee arrived punctually and repaired our shower on the day even though it wasn't a straightforward work. He even got us a matching tile we needed for the shower so we wouldn't have to wait several days with a hole on the wall. Would call them again.

  Communication has been excellent from start to finish. Jess was the personal bookings coordinator and was very clear and friendly over the phone. Nathan the engineer was just as friendly and communicative on arrival time and efficiently fixed the issue. Would recommend.

  Found on Checkatrade. Great service end to end, Jordan helped to get me booked in (on a weekend appt) and was super efficient. Lee arrived on time and fixed the issue swiftly. Great service and would recommend.
