  Botched work and no work guarantee

  In the last 19 years of our residence, we have never experienced water leakage in the kitchen sink until this company fitted new taps and pipes this August. Just one month after it stated to leak. We hired it on the basis of 12-month work guarantee in his signed text message. The Albanian owner Leo was very rude and tightened the pipe grudgingly. 3 months on, the same pipe is leaking and he refused to remedy saying his work has 30-day guarantee! I was tricked to buy water filter system I didn't ask for. He never disclosed he owned water filter company. Deceptive and fraudulent.

  Kitchen tap aerator removal and running toilet check

  Alex was polite and informative explaining the issues well. He just checked our kitchen tap and toilet cistern and pointed out we would need parts replacement for the toilet and replacement of kitchen tap. We asked for quotes for both work respectively. It could be nice to hear from them next day to give me a rough idea of costs for new toilet parts and tap replacement so we could reschedule our work around it next week but no follow up so far and their office was closed at 4:30pm Friday and as they are closed over the weekend, we can't plan for the actual followup plumbing work. Shame.
