  Botched work and no work guarantee

  In the last 19 years of our residence, we have never experienced water leakage in the kitchen sink until this company fitted new taps and pipes this August. Just one month after it stated to leak. We hired it on the basis of 12-month work guarantee in his signed text message. The Albanian owner Leo was very rude and tightened the pipe grudgingly. 3 months on, the same pipe is leaking and he refused to remedy saying his work has 30-day guarantee! I was tricked to buy water filter system I didn't ask for. He never disclosed he owned water filter company. Deceptive and fraudulent.

  I need another legitimate plumber to fix what they damaged

  I have been deceived by this fraudulent Albanian company. I asked a simple job of replacing kitchen sink taps this August on the basis of his quote and 12-months work guarantee in his signed test. He not only charged far more than his quote and pushed me to fit a water filter but also couldn't install the pipe properly. Just one month after installation hot water pipe leaked and Leo very grudgingly fix it. Now 3 months later this week, the same pipe started to leak. He refused to return to fix it saying he only guarantee his work for 30 days.

  Leo and the team at IMAA are always fantastic. Super responsive, clear in communication and an expert in the work they do. I’ve had them carry out a range of works and it is always fast and professional and comes with a real sense of trust in their work. Would highly recommend.

  Excellent plumber service – highly recommend!

  The toilet in my flat started leaking, so I booked a visit with IMAA Plumbing. The engineer arrived first thing the next morning. The problem turned out to be more serious than a simple leak, as the pipe needed replacing, but Leo handled everything quickly and efficiently. I’m very happy with the service and professionalism, and the price was fair. Highly recommend!
