  Work so good, my neighbour complimented me on the garden

  James and team did a super job with the trees in my garden, as well as trimming a bamboo hedge, and taming some roses that had become like a tree. The trees were shaped beautifully, and the roses have come back beautifully this summer following the cut back earlier this year. The garden was left tidy, and I even had compliments from my neighbour on the work. I would highly recommend.

  Efficient, great value, highly recommend

  Nicky and her team are super efficient and do a fantastic job. As I have two labradors who like to get involved, I take them for a walk to keep them out the way during the clean and I come back to the freshest smelling, beautifully presented home. Nicky uses products that are safe for pets and young children, which is a great comfort. Little details like making a bow out of the kitchen roll is a nice little touch which I've never seen before and is the cherry on top of a super service. I am now a happy, regular customer and would highly recommend.

  Quality job, great communication, would recommend

  Emp 365 were great. Robin responded really quickly to the job, booked me in quickly, and the work was carried out professionally and efficiently by Jed. The communication throughout has been superb, and I even got a heads up via text when Jed was on his way and only 3 minutes from my home. I'm really happy with the finished result. The part, an outdoor plug socket, that they replaced is much sturdier than the original. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend.

  Incredible value, would highly recommend.

  James was incredibly efficient, professional, and responsive. He was in touch quickly following my initial enquiry, came to visit to quote (he didn't only ask for photos) which meant he could make a much needed suggestion that I hadn't considered, and left my garden so tidy after the job was complete, in spite of how sodden the ground is at the moment due to the wet weather. Incredible value for money and I would most definitely hire his service again, and cannot recommend him more highly.

  The inner metal band that attached the rubber bellow to my washing machine came off, ripping the bellow. I had managed to get quite far in the repair, but the new metal band I could not attach. Dave at ADC Appliances was brilliant. He responded swiftly to my request on a Sunday, even offering me free advice that I could use to try and finish the job. I couldn't do it myself though, so Dave arrived the next day. My washing machine is now fixed, and I was shown how to do it. To be honest though, if it happened again, I'd simply call Dave. Great value, professional, friendly. I highly recommend.
