  Friendly and efficient service

  We had a power outage at about 8.00 pm and called EMP365. They came out within half-an-hour, found the fault on our system and restored power to our home. I would say they were highly efficient, friendly and helpful, and we would certainly use their services again.

  Excellent service from start to finish. Turned up on time, was professional, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The quality of the work was excellent, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Really appreciated how clearly everything was explained, with no pressure or unnecessary upselling. It’s hard to find reliable tradespeople these days, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and will definitely use him again. Thanks again for a great job.

  They promptly responded to our initial request. Came and gave a quote. And having booked in arrived to install. Very happy with the results, clean and tidied up. Job completed, explaining for any issues. Returning to complete once we are in the next phase.

  Excellent service under pressure

  I called because I urgently needed to open my salon, and he truly understood my situation from the start. He came very quickly, was so friendly and professional, and got straight to work. The job was done in a very short time, but the quality was excellent. I really appreciated how supportive and efficient he was during such a stressful moment.
