  Felling, pruning and reducing trees

  James gave us helpful advice in order for us to agree the work required. He provided a comprehensive quotation which we could use when applying to the council for permission to carry out work to protected trees. He did the job on the date we had agreed, entirely in accordance with the agreed specification. He was friendly and helpful throughout the job and checked with us if he was at all unsure as to what was required. Overall an excellent service.

  felling of huge dangerous tree,

  We have used James Gray & co a few times now over the years as we've been delighted with the work executed. We had high pruning dangerous looking jobs to an oak branches over hanging our car park. However health & safety employed instills confidence. Felling of rotten trees, many have had to come down over the years. James is efficient from quoting comms to carrying out the work. Very knowledgable about everything to do with trees. He & his team are polite, considerate and perform the job to an excellent standard, including clearing up any debris. Fantastic jobs most appreciated!

  Two trees removed near a neighbour’s boundary and tree pruning

  I have used James Gray and his team regularly now for well over 12 years for any tree work and high pruning jobs. I would not go anywhere else! He is very efficient from quoting stage to carrying out the work. He is a good communicator. Him and his team are polite, considerate and perform the job to an excellent standard, including clearing up any debris. Fantastic job once again today, thanks James!

  Fantastic service from start to finish. James was professional, efficient , and left my garden spotless after reducing several large trees. James clearly knows his craft and took great care to ensure everything was done safely. Highly recommend.

  Reducing the size of three trees

  We had three trees (oak, yew and cherry) which had over the years grown too big for their locations. James Gray reduced them all appropriately and achieved a very good shape to each. All brash chipped, lawn and drive left clean. Very pleased with results.
