  From quote to completion communication was tip top. On day work was planned a mishap meant they couldn't come so they arranged to do it the following weekend. Kept me updated on situation and work was carried out as promised. Turned up in time and worked tirelessly to complete the work. Very happy with work done. Fully guaranteed and given extra guarantees by lock company. Thoroughly recommend these guys. Will be using them again soon to replace a couple of windows. 10 out of 10.

  Patio Door Replacement

  Accepted quote even though not the cheapest I got. Said could fit doors first 2 weeks of September bit when they called to arrange fitting had to be early October. I arranged day off and then was called last week to rearrange to 19/9 which I couldn't do so they were coming back to me. I called today (11_09) to ask what's happening to find person dealing not in until.Monday and my appointment for 3/10 cancelled. Told them I was done been messed around and to cancel the job.
