Energy windows were great to deal with from start to finish. Stephen was very happy to quote me 1 window at a time and able to advise suitability design for kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. He was really helpful and professional and no pressure whatsoever to buy. Window came with certificate etc, all the appropriate paperwork and the lads who installed it were very efficient, pleasant and polite. A beautiful job done, I’m so happy with it and I’m looking forward to getting the rest done in due course. Thanks energy windows. After an extortionate quote from another company to fix a broken window handle these guys got in touch i sent a photo and a video to show them what was required. From quote to completion communication was tip top. On day work was planned a mishap meant they couldn't come so they arranged to do it the following weekend. Kept me updated on situation and work was carried out as promised. Turned up in time and worked tirelessly to complete the work. Very happy with work done. Fully guaranteed and given extra guarantees by lock company. Thoroughly recommend these guys. From the initial enquiry regarding a price for a new front door through to fit this company have been excellent. I was kept up to date with when the planned installation was to take place and then dropped a message the week before just to confirm it was still going ahead. Day of installation was fantastic the team were spot on turned up on time and all complete within three hours taking time to clean afterwords too.
