  Great work done so asked for seconds!

  I reached out to Karim via Checkatrade for some flooring work in respect of my second bedroom. He was super responsive and very professional in his communications so I decided to proceed with him. I'm glad I did. He did great work and kept my flat. I was so pleased with the work, I asked Karim to come in again do more work (corridor, stairs and main bedroom). I'm very happy with Karim's work and would strongly recommend!!

  Good and responsive communication before, during and after work has been done. Initially asked to proceed with the work to replace cladding but then it was identified that there was an underlying issue with the balcony and further work had to be done. Work was done promptly and within the timeline. Happy with the work and also with the full guarantee provided for materials and workmanship. (Given the issue relates to a leak to the bedroom downstairs, that was important. In the unlikely event that there's an issue then Richard confirmed he would be happy to deal with it.)

  There was great communication throughout and was happy with the quality of work when finished. A couple of months after the window was repaired, there was a minor issue but Harold came in quickly to fix it with no fuss. Would highly recommend.
