  Harold was prompt, efficient & friendly - good communication throughout, despite a slight miscommunication about number of windows/ sashes which he resolved to my satisfaction. Quality of his work was excellent & job completed expeditiously. Would highly recommend Harold/ Henry R Maintenance.

  Harold was very prompt in providing fee quotes and clarifying any questions I had before starting work. (Repair and repainting of sash windows.) Great communication throughout and very professional. Very happy with the standard of work and kept my home clean. Would be very happy to work with Harold again. Highly recommended!

  Recommend - sash window

  I needed two cracked panes of glass replaced with the wooden dash windows. Plus a broken dash window cord replaced. Harold was prompt in communication. Good value for money. Punctual and reliable. Very tidy and will recommend !

  Unstuck French windows

  When he first arrived he said he had only quoted for one window…I had sent him photos so clearly not looked at them properly. Anyway said he could do both. He did both in less than two hours and it was roughly £160 per hour….that is a lot of money! So far so good and hopefully after rain they will still open and close easily. I won’t use again as far too expensive!

  Thank you for your review Yes I quote only for one door and was clear on the quote,I accept to do them both for the same price ,I don’t work on hours you pay my experience,you can call someone and pay 150£ and he will not do the same job that I do Thanks
