  Repair to 2 areas of flat roof.

  Richard was excellent from start to finish communication couldn’t have been better. I wasn’t on site (my son’s house) but he kept me fully informed of every stage of the process, offered advice were needed and sent me extensive photographs of all the finished work. I thoroughly recommend RW roofers.

  Emergency repair

  Richard and his team attended a property which I have tenants in with all the rain my tenant reported a leak in the bedroom and I needed to address it ASAP with Richard and his team came and sorted it. No more leaks now thanks again Richard.RW roofers LTD

  Quick response to emergency situation

  Richard and team were quick to respond to my query and came round within a couple of hours. He investigated the issue and had his team return the following day to complete the repair. All were very friendly and tidied up after themselves.

  Professional work and communication (satisfied customer)

  Good and responsive communication before, during and after work has been done. Initially asked to proceed with the work to replace cladding but then it was identified that there was an underlying issue with the balcony and further work had to be done. Work was done promptly and within the timeline. Happy with the work and also with the full guarantee provided for materials and workmanship. (Given the issue relates to a leak to the bedroom downstairs, that was important. In the unlikely event that there's an issue then Richard confirmed he would be happy to deal with it.)
