  Too Long for Quote

  Seemed like a friendly bunch but took a very long to time to issue a quote, even after repeated promises to issue the quote the same/next day. Might be an isolated incident but felt like my time was wasted.

  Very friendly and professional, but wanted to charge almost £100 just to come out and quote for a boiler replacement. No other company that I contacted were charging fees for quotes.
